A- Sensing, monitoring and alarm service:
Here, an automatic system monitors our customers’ servers and warns the experts managing the same (or their owners) against the existence of operation problems. Such service is provided in several forms, in a single manner or collectively as follows:

  Monitor and control servers’ operation state:
Thanks to the sensing and alarm system, based on the Internet Protocol (IP) and installed on our servers – which have high capabilities of continuity and connectivity to all servers and service providers on the Internet – our experts can immediately sense the bottlenecks and problems facing the communication channels of our customers’ servers. They can even sense them when such communication channels or the entire server stop working, where they are able to take the necessary actions to restore the efficiency of such servers. Another package of the following services may be utilized to enhance the operational power and capacity of the servers managed by our experts.

  Sensing the server’s internal and external operational resources:
Our experts have developed a new system capable of identifying the servers’ capabilities and internal resources such as the processor, the RAM, the hard disk and the Internet connection. It can also measure their performance, efficiency and workability in different operation conditions and monitor the servers’ resources and warn against their weakness or incapability to meet the users’ needs. Such system enables our experts to optimize the distribution of the servers’ resources between websites and applications.
